澳大利亚留学网资深顾问 黄文勇 致墨尔本的留学生朋友们: 大家好！如果你要申请移民但是如果你的移民分不到120，那么就来参加这个展览会吧，你肯定会有意外发现。 澳大利亚移民局DIMIA在10月15日要在墨尔本展览馆举办一次为偏远地区公司招聘的工作展览会，参加展览会的澳洲公司很多，包括钢铁巨头BHP，移民职业评估机构Vetassess等，现场还有移民局的法律讲座。希望大家不要错过机会！ 相关背景和移民常识： 根据澳大利亚的移民政策规定，如果州政府担保你的工作，那么你可以获得很多优惠条件，更加方便的通过137 Skilled-State Nominated Independent州政府担保独立技术移民计划直接申请永久移民, 或者大公司的雇主提名。如果没有找到工作的也可以先申请3年有效的495 （Sponsored Indepedent Regional (Provisional)的边远地区临居签证！ 如果大家具体分析州政府担保技术移民的申请条件时发现，大多数州都有自己的紧缺职业清单，州政府在向申请人提供担保时，无疑也会考虑本州技术职业市场的紧缺情况。比如维多利亚州对农业园艺人才紧缺。如果495签证持有人在澳从事的是该州的紧缺职业或者能够证明自己有能力从事该州的某项紧缺职业的话，那么获得州政府的担保就更容易一些了。 澳大利亚政府对495签证持有人申请三张边远地区永居签证到底给予了怎样的优惠呢？具体有下列几项： 1、降低签证的申请费用； 2、申请人的年龄按照其申请495签证时的年龄计算； 3、如果提名职业与申请495签证时的提名职业相同则不再进行职业评估； 4、英语水平不再做要求； 5、如果申请的是州政府担保技术移民签证则自动被认为已经达到“pool mark”分数。 最后总结一下：495 SIR 签证是澳大利亚政府为了克服技术移民政策给边远和人口稀少地区发展造成的不平衡而设置的，因此在为495签证设计出路的时候，澳大利亚政府本着照顾边远和人口稀少地区的原则，对提出申请边远和人口稀少地区永居签证的495签证持有人给予特别的优惠. 澳大利亚留学网聘有常年移民法律顾问，可以为您的任何移民问题进行解答，请把具体问题发送到 admin@ozstudynet.com, 我们会24小时内给您解答！  Dear OzStudyNet.Com Please find attached a flyer about the Australia Needs Skills Expo on Saturday, 15 October 2005 at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre. For your information, we have booked three seminar rooms at the venue to run information sessions throughout the day. One of these rooms will be dedicated solely to general skilled migration and the SIR visa - each session should run for 30 minutes and attendees will be able to ask staff questions afterwards. The sessions will commence at 10am and the last will be at 3pm. It would be great if you could encourage your students to attend early so we don't get a rush around lunch time - staff will most likely be more energized to answer questions earlier in the day too!
