STUDENT VISA DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS – CHECKLIST
Forms and letters
1. Application Letter to DIMIA
2. Completed student visa application form (Form 157A).
3. Completed family composition form (Form 54).
4. Payment of the visa application charge in AU$, by bank cheque payable to the Department of Immigration & Multicultural & Indigenous Affairs.
5. Four completed self adhesive name and address labels
6. Six passport sized photographs, not more than six months old, of each person included in the application.
7. Notarized non-criminal certificate
8. Clear copy and translated copy of each page of hukou
9. Clear Copy of personal I.D. card of each family member
Academic Items:
10. Original letters of offer from RMIT University
11. Original certificate showing my IELTS score
12. Clear copy of my notarized bachelor degree qualification and notarized bachelor certificate
13. Original Academic transcript.
Financial Capacity
14. Original Copy of Education Loan Certificated issued by Lianyuan Branch Bank of China
15. Financial Support Plan Analysis
16. Original Copy of my father’s Employment Income Certification
17. Original pay slip of the latest 3 months’ salary from my father’s employer
18. Original Copy of my current Employment Income Certification
19. Original pay slip of the latest 3 months’ salary from my employer
