课程描述　Program Description
－These well-established and respected RMIT Graduate Programs in Quality Management are for managers in manufacturing and service organisations. Our graduates provide leadership in helping their organisations achieve higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness through the systematic application of the principles of Quality Management .
－The programs are rigorous but practical. We are fortunate in attracting presenters who are quality practitioners, well respected and leaders in their field. The classes are conducted in workshop-style to allow participants to share their experiences and discuss the application of the material in their organisations.
教学方法　Teaching Methods
－Classes are taught in a combination of lecture / seminar, tutorial, workshop, practical and laboratory sessions.

评估　Assessment
－Assessment is ongoing throughout the semester and may include examinations, essay / reports, oral class presentations, group projects, research projects, laboratory projects and practical assignments.

时间　Duration：　一年半全日制　one and a half years full-time
入学要求　Entrance Requirements
－理工类本科学位，或者无学位有五年工作经验，担任管理职务的人。Direct entry to the Masters program normally requires a relevant undergraduate degree. Applicants who have a Diploma in Quality Management , or other acceptable qualification, together with at least five years industrial experience, and hold a management position maybe eligible for admission.

－The quality programs are for people, in manufacturing and service environments, who want to be able to lead and manage effectively through the application of quality principles. 制造和服务业，可以通过质量提高更有效的领导管理企业。
