原创： 澳大利亚留学网首席顾问 黄文勇 前言： 这在就业市场日益加剧的今天，复合型的双硕士人才已经成为跨国大公司日益迫切需要的人才，拥有双硕士可以说为您在日后的职业发展方面有着极其重要的意义。另外一个因素就是近来鉴于澳大利亚移民局有关2年政策的规定，海外学生必须在澳大利亚读满2年才可以免工作经验申请技术移民。因此一些澳洲大学开始推出了更具有吸引力的2年双硕士计划。为了符合市场的需求，皇家墨尔本理工大学(RMIT)首当其冲推出了2年双硕士计划,具体情况请参考RMIT大学十二个双硕士课程 五星级大学莫纳士大学的双硕士 1. MBA类别的双硕士 位于墨尔本市的另外一个著名大学MONASH大学，很早就推出了双硕士课程，不过主要是1.5+1, 全部2.5年的硕士，以MBA和其它商科组合。比如： －MBA/Master of Applied Finance －MBA/Master of Commercial Law －MBA/Master of Business Law －MBA/Master of Health Services Management －MBA/Master of Business Systems －MBA/Master of Human Resource Management －MBA/Master of Information Management and Systems －MBA/Master of Laws (Commercial Law) －MBA/Master of Marketing －MBA/Master of Risk Management 如果申请人有2年工作经验，成绩满足要求就可以申请2.5年的MBA和商科硕士的双硕士。 <>来源: http://www.gsb.monash.edu.au/programs/mba.php 2. 两年双硕士计划－－－－会计＋商业法 此外，我们这里要特别介绍一下MONASH的一个2年就可以拿到双硕士的计划： 商业法课程对于那些在日益收到各种法律条文限制的商业环境下每天需要做出商业决策的经理人、会计师和其它商业人士来说，有着不同寻常的意义。 我们来看看商业法硕士和会计和税务等商业硕士的组合 莫纳士大学的商业法硕士课程设置是1年8门学科(其中包括6门法律课程和2门非法律的选修课程，如财务税务等课程 (请参考所有选修课程清单)。所以如果您在修其它1.5年的硕士的时候，如MPA会计课程，因为您肯定选修了至少2个法律的课程，加上其它会计课程，那么就您可以最多得到半年4门课程的免修，这样只要加半年就可以拿到商业法硕士。 MASTER OF BUSINESS LAW - DOUBLE MASTERS OPPORTUNITY The MBL provides an excellent grounding in advanced, applied Business Law, which will leverage your other academic qualifications and work experience significantly. Most employers are all too aware of how legal regulation increasingly affects day to day decision making in the workplace. This is so whether you are working as a professional manager, as an accountant or in some other professional capacity. The MBL comprises 8 units, which is the standard template for a postgraduate Masters degree in law. This means the MBL can be completed in one year of full-time study or two years of part-time study. The MBL operates under the standard credit/exemption policy which applies within the Faculty of Business and Economics. This policy allows for credits/exemption of up to 50% of MBL units where a student has successfully completed equivalent level, relevant postgraduate studies within the five years prior to enrolling in the MBL. This includes CPA and CSA professional qualification units. The maximum number of exemptions that a student can be granted in the Master of Business Law is four. A student will receive direct law exemptions for any BLT unit that they have already studied. Students can also receive a maximum of two non-law exemptions. However, if a student has only completed one BLT unit in their previous degree, then they will only receive three exemptions. In regards to work experience, this is not looked at with a student that is already enrolled in a graduate degree in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Monash University. The idea of a double masters is so students can go from one masters directly into another. Therefore, the Course Director of the Master of Business Law will only be looking at your MPA results.
