Chinese students star at Monash
MONASH大学2名化学工程系海外学生Xianwen Dai和Cai Zeng获得了澳大利亚全国杰出海外华人学生奖。据报道，全球共有204名杰出海外华人学生因为在所在领域做出的突出业绩获得此项奖励
Two postgraduate Engineering students have received a National Award for Outstanding Overseas Chinese Students., who are both specialising in chemical engineering, are among 204 Chinese students worldwide who have been acknowledged for excellent performances in their chosen area of study.

Students are share market winners
Three accounting and finance students have scored top places in a national share-trading contest. The Monash students were ranked second, third and fourth out of 3800 contestants in the BRW National Student Share Investment Awards.
The performances by the three students; Mr Lin Ge, Mr Covi Lac and Ms Cheryl Chan - all from the Caulfield campus - were so impressive that the competition organisers also awarded a prize to the campus, which was accepted by Business and Economics faculty dean Professor Gill Palmer Professor Palmer.
"Monash strives to provide its students with the highest level of theoretical understanding and the real skills to excel in the business world," Professor Palmer said. "This outstanding result pays tribute to Monash's strength in the accounting and finance disciplines."
